Snapshots
Snapshots are immutable. COUNSEL/REGULATOR work product remains DRAFT until a human types APPROVE. Approval does not create or modify source facts.
Packet export
Select a casePacket contents and PUBLIC redaction rules are generated by the existing server engine. Export creates only the existing DERIVED packet-export log/audit entry; it does not promote evidence, resolve conflicts, or create actions.
Case packet composer
Human-curated only. REGULATOR rejects unresolved/user-asserted material. Approval freezes a source digest; changed sources block export until re-reviewed.
Assisted Send ledger
A prepared send is only a draft ledger entry bound to an existing packet. Confirmation requires typing SEND after external delivery and records transmitted=false; the Workbench does not perform delivery.
